Tired.

When getting out of bed is the hardest thing in the world to do, forcing yourself to take a shower feels like a huge achievement.

And when you manage to do a load of laundry for the first time in two weeks, you feel like telling the world.

The worst part of having severe clinical depression is the way it seems to feed on your energy. I'm tired all the time. For someone who suffered with insomnia most of her life, sleeping twelve hours or more a day is a strange experience. Even stranger is waking up after twelve hours and thinking you could use a nap.

I'm tired of being tired.
